Raynya Simmons is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, mother and wife. She supports marketing at her husband’s firm, Exaltare Capital Management, and manages the family foundation. She is driven by providing opportunity for others while inspiring individuals to be their best selves by actively building connection, spiritual renewal and seeking to spark joy in everyone she meets.

Simmons’ professional expertise is in marketing, public relations and event management. She loved serving the communities of Boston during the Menino administration. She also worked at Leo Burnett’s urban advertising agency, Vigilante and Burrell Communications, a leading multicultural advertising firm, before “retiring” to become COO of Team Simmons Enterprise. Some of Simmons’ most esteemed accomplishments include: being selected to sing on Oprah’s 21 day Mediterranean Harpo cruise “Trip Of A Lifetime,” supporting her husband in building the second largest Planet Fitness franchise by playing a lead role in marketing promotions, PR and community and grand opening events, seeding and working on launching a professional development program for BIPO entrepreneurship in franchising and most importantly, raising three independent Christ-connected sons. In Simmons’ spare time she cherishes being with friends & family, travel and singing on the worship team at Bethel AME Church. She also is a member of Jack & Jill, serves on the diversity committee at Milton Academy, and is on the Friends Committee for Arts Emerson.
