Pamela D.A. Reeve was appointed Chair of the Board of American Tower Corporation in May of 2020. She has served on the company’s board since 2002, including as Lead Director from 2004–2020.
In 2022, Reeve was appointed to the U.S. Section of the U.S.-India CEO Forum by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo. Reeve serves as Board Chair of DentaQuest and the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health. She is Chair of The Commonwealth Institute, working with women CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to help them grow their businesses and careers. Reeve is a member of the Board of Mass General Brigham, Chair of the Mass General Brigham Community Physicians Board and Chair of the Mass General Physicians Organization Board of Trustees. She also serves as a board member of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative and the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. Reeve served as President and CEO of Lightbridge, Inc., a global provider of mobile business solutions. She served as Chair of the Board of Frontier Communications Corporation and as a member of the board of Sonus Networks, Inc. Reeve has received numerous other leadership recognitions and awards. She holds an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School, and a degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia Honors Program. She coached soccer in the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association and chairs the Church Council of the Crawford Memorial United Methodist Church in Winchester. She has four children.
