Kathy Hart is a veteran educator with over 20 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education. She has served as a Literacy Specialist, Instructional Coach, and classroom teacher across Pre-K through Grade 5, with a focus on literacy, differentiated instruction, and inclusive classroom practices.
Her leadership includes service on the Head of School Search Committee, Scheduling Committee, and as Faculty Representative to the Board of Trustees. She has also mentored new faculty and co-chaired the AISNE Self-Study Committee.
Kathy holds a CAS in Literacy and Language from MGH Institute of Health Professions, an M.Ed. from Boston College, and a B.A. in French from Clark University. She is trained in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson’s Fundations, Responsive Classroom.
Kathy is committed to student growth, equity, and supporting strong instructional practice across school communities.
