Grace H. Lee is an accomplished financial services executive, attorney, and public policy leader whose career spans more than twenty-five years of executive leadership across the banking, credit union, legal, and public sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully led organizations through periods of transformation, advised boards and executive leadership teams on complex strategic initiatives, managed large-scale financial operations, and built collaborative partnerships among government, business, nonprofit, and community stakeholders.

Effective July 2026, Grace serves as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M&T Bank, a leading regional financial institution with more than $200 billion in assets. She serves as a strategic advisor to the Chairman and CEO, helping drive enterprise priorities, executive leadership alignment, governance, Board of Directors engagement, and cross-functional execution of the bank’s highest strategic initiatives.
