Dan Schutt is Vice President, Innovation and Change Communications at Fidelity Investments. Throughout his 30+ year career, Schutt has helped organizations of all sizes and industries, as well as their leaders, tell engaging stories to both external and internal audiences. In his 18-year career at Fidelity, Schutt has held various leadership positions in communications, thought leadership and client consulting across all the Fidelity businesses. Prior to joining Fidelity, Schutt led client teams at a number of national and global public relations firms based in Boston. Schutt’s board work includes three years on the board of the Arts & Business Council of Rhode Island and over 20 years serving on the board of Victory Programs, Inc., one of Boston’s leading human services organizations focused on housing, health & recovery, and prevention. Schutt lives in Milton, MA with his husband, Christian Flynn. They have a son, Derrick Schutt-Flynn, who attends Fairfield University.
