Mr. Flynn is a Boston-based commercial real estate developer specializing in the development of mixed-use urban assets.

Mr. Flynn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Copper Mill, LLC which focuses on thoughtful mixed-use developments in premier innovation hubs, including Greater Boston, Washington D.C. and the Bay Area in California.

Mr. Flynn also manages private investment vehicles which focus on the development of urban infill assets, including Scape North America and Charles Street Hospitality (‘The Beacon Hill Hotel’). Over the course of his career, Mr. Flynn has deployed private capital across the spectrum of real estate asset classes and throughout the capital structure–Mr. Flynn was previously with The Related Companies and Colony Capital. Mr. Flynn is a graduate of Boston College High School and Harvard College, and returned to Boston after many years in New York City. Mr. Flynn serves as a Trustee of the Bell forge Arts Center and a Trustee of the Sandy Beach Association. Mr. Flynn was humbled to receive the Philanthropist of the Year Award from the Corey C. Griffin Foundation.
