Angie will be attending Lesley University in the fall on full scholarship, and will have the honor of having her poster design produced for distribution in the Boston area in support of the 2015 Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship, which will be played at Belmont Country Club June 9-14.

Seniors in Mr. Leyen’s Design 4 class submitted their original poster designs centered on promotion of the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS. Six different teachers and faculty juried the posters and the top choices were presented to officials from the championship, Constellation Energy and Belmont Country Club.

“Belmont Country Club is very proud of Angie Ortiz and the art work that she did on behalf of the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship,” said John Fields, PGA Director of Golf at Belmont Country Club. “This classic piece of work not only captures the spirit of the event, but also the essence of Belmont Country Club.  Congratulations to all the nominees who took part in the poster contest and to the Boston Arts Academy for its participation in the 2015 Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship.” Read more about the contest on the PGA tour website.
