BPS 24/7 Respect Week video featuring BAA students

The BPS 24/7 Respect logo in blue, white, and orange.

The week of February 8th was Respect Week in the Boston Public Schools, and the district rolled out the initiative district-wide with the premiere of 24/7 Respect, a short promotional video that featured our theatre students, Liat Rimoni, Luigi Bianchi, Aliyah Morales, Jada Saint Louis, and Keishona Weekes. Our students participated as actors in the video and Keishona and Liat led the discussion for the 24/7 Respect launch event. The BPS Office of Equity also announced that the video was rolled out nationally, across other school districts. It also won two national awards, including a Distinguished Communicator Award and Silver Telly Award for Diversity and Inclusion in May 2020.
