Junior Achievement of Northern New England recently arranged for 19 BAA Design and Communication students to spend a half day at Mullen Advertising learning about the business, various jobs they should consider, resume preparation, and interview skills. This is part of JA’s highly popular Skills to Achieve program.
Of the day, BAA visual arts teacher Robert Leyen said, “It was great for students to hear from real professionals. Visiting Mullen allowed students to envision themselves in a creative environment that they may not have otherwise considered. Well done!”Boston Arts Academy is grateful to our friends from Junior Achievement, Executive Director Emily Neill and Education Director Sue Marble Cuthbert, as well as many new friends at Mullen Advertising for this wonderful opportunity!
