Aisha Saunders-Jackson, a native of Cambridge, MA, is an accomplished non-profit and resource development professional with more than 30 years of experience.

Aisha recently served as the Executive Director of Parents Helping Parents (PHP), which is a Watertown, MA parental support organization that aims to prevent child abuse, build healthy families, and teach the message that good parenting is the fundamental right of every child. Aisha led the social service agency by helping to develop organizational change management, board recruitment initiatives, robust volunteer recruitment and a marketing campaign from 2018 to 2019. In addition, she served as Executive Director of Development for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton, MA, formerly Milton Hospital, from 2010 to 2014. While there, Aisha oversaw development initiatives including operations, campaign, annual fund, and the Volunteer Services and Pastoral Care divisions. She worked on other internal and external special projects to serve the residents of the Town of Milton and its surrounding communities.

Aisha embraced the role of independent consultant over the last five years. As a result, companies and organizations such as Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, Neighborhood Health Plan, Partners Promotions, and Milton Public Schools, have all benefited from her work as a Senior Consultant.

Aisha loves making a positive impact on the lives of others in the community. Her extensive board volunteer participation includes Bay State Games, Tutoring Plus of Cambridge, The Forbes House Museum, Milton Public Library Foundation, and Milton Rotary Club, all long-standing, reputable organizations in the greater Boston area. A self-described "guru" of special events and projects, Aisha has planned and executed high-profile B2B and B2C promotional events such as The Boston Globe Book Festival, the All-Scholastics Award Ceremony, Globe Magazine Launch Party, the Men's and Women's Tournament of Club Champions, the Globe Santa Sleigh Tour featuring journalists, local celebrities and politicians, and The Boston Globe Film Festival during the Democratic National Convention.

Aisha holds a Master of Management in Business from Cambridge College. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Minor in Religion from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
