The 10th annual Center Institute will provide educators with the time, space, and support to imagine innovative possibilities for their classrooms, schools, and communities.
When: October 9 and 10, 2014
Where: Boston Arts Academy, 174 Ipswich St., Boston, MA 02215
Who: Educators and administrators of grades 5-12, district level professionals and graduate students.
What: Experience BAA’s unique culture and pedagogy. Engage with students and faculty through classroom observations, discussions, and panels. Participate in intensive workshops exploring innovation, vision and purpose in Arts Education and STEAM Education.
Participants will be able to focus on assessment, curriculum-building, advocacy and authenticity in the Arts and/or STEAM strands. Presenters include accomplished Arts and STEAM educators who will provide attendees with inspiring learning experiences and the opportunity to collaboratively create cutting edge curricula.
